We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including sickness, absence, disciplinary and welfare cases, capability and grievances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing employee relations cases in terms of risk and offering possible solutions to reduce reoccurring issues through case analysis and proactive interventions.
  • Providing advice and guidance on employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to foster positive working relationships between employees and management.
  • Collaborating with HR teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR and employee relations advisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ideally CIPD qualified.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
