We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Zero Hours Line Service Technician at Signature Aviation. As a key member of our Ramp Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to passengers, crews, and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Turnaround of aircraft
- Bag loading
- Fuelling
- Aircraft movements
- Toilet and water service
- Previous experience within aviation in a similar role
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs
- Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern
- Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Qualifies to hold a full airport ID
- IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Ideally an HGV licence (not mandatory)
- Valid and clean driving licence
- Serious about safety
- Additional languages are desirable but not essential
