About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 Tanker Driver to join our team at WCF Chandlers. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering fuel and lubricants to our depots, commercial, and agricultural customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily loading of the vehicle at the designated fuel terminal in line with our company and H&S policies and procedures.
  • Deliver fuel and lubricants to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HGV License Class 1.
  • ADR including Class 3 in tanks is advantageous, although training can be given.
  • Driver CPC.
  • Good communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Methodical approach to work and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
  • Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in all aspects of the job.

What We Offer:

  • Minimum salary of £31,512 per annum (based on £15.15 hourly rate).
  • 40 hour working week during our core operating hours, Monday-Friday.
  • Overtime available for hours worked in excess of 40 as well as weekend work (when required) which is paid at an enhanced rate.
