Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, holistic care to residents with complex needs, dementia, and mental health disorders.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage and prioritise workloads effectively, remaining calm under pressure and ensuring the well-being and quality of life for residents.
- Ensure all care plans are up to date and accurately maintained, reflecting the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
- A positive, patient, and flexible attitude, with a passion for engaging with working-age and older adults.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- At least 2 years of social care experience, with a strong understanding of person-centred care principles and practices.
- NMC registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
