About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide person-centred care to residents with complex needs, dementia, and mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, holistic care to residents with complex needs, dementia, and mental health disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage and prioritise workloads effectively, remaining calm under pressure and ensuring the well-being and quality of life for residents.
  • Ensure all care plans are up to date and accurately maintained, reflecting the individual needs and preferences of each resident.
Requirements
  • A positive, patient, and flexible attitude, with a passion for engaging with working-age and older adults.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • At least 2 years of social care experience, with a strong understanding of person-centred care principles and practices.
  • NMC registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
