The RoleWe are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to lead a team of groundworkers, ensuring the successful completion of our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supervising and leading a team, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of groundworkers
- Ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS
- Experience in Civils
- Right to Work in the UK
- Weekly payroll services
