Make a Difference in a Young Person's Life

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Charity Volunteers in Medway and Rochester. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work with young people, develop your leadership skills, and make a real difference in your community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support young people in building confidence, self-esteem, and resilience
  • Participate in fun activities such as games, sports, arts, and crafts
  • Engage in outings and trips, both locally and further afield
  • Gain valuable experience working with young people and develop your leadership skills
Requirements:
  • Aged 18+ with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young people
  • Patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental
  • Ability to commit to at least 2 hours per session
What We Offer:
  • Full training provided
  • All travel costs reimbursed
  • Opportunity to gain a NYA Level 2 Youth Work Qualification (optional)
