Job Summary

This position provides clinical services in the Mental Health & Wellness Department at major adult correctional centers. The successful candidate will provide individual and group interventions, complete documentation in inmate health records, and participate in the Mental Health & Wellness department team meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling/therapy to inmates
  • Complete documentation in inmate health records
  • Participate in the Mental Health & Wellness department team meetings
  • Develop and implement intervention and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other staff members as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent degree
  • Experience providing mental health services in a correctional or forensic setting
  • Licensed as a clinician, QMHP, or QMHP eligible
