Job Title: Graduate Civil Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering team based in the UK. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will gain experience in every technical discipline across the business, including detailed highway and drainage design, 3D site modelling, plot engineering, utilities strategy, flood risk assessment, foul and surface water drainage strategy, and transport planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake design for infrastructure projects, including 3D surface modelling and hydraulic drainage design.
  • Represent the company at client, contractor, and local authority meetings.
  • Design and approvals for S278 and S38 highway schemes with design capability when supervised by senior staff.
  • Working with Civils 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage modelling software such as FLOW or Microdrainage.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or currently working through the final year of the degree.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Any experience with AutoCAD would be a bonus.
