We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Administrator to join our team at Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH. As a Laboratory Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Sampling and Analysis: Conduct chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of our products, including the implementation of quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of laboratory results, quality control checks, and other relevant data.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and technical teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize laboratory processes and procedures.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, chemistry, or biology, and at least 2 years of experience in a laboratory or quality assurance role.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), quality control principles, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in laboratory software and equipment, including HPLC, GC, and microbiological testing.
- Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
