About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Management Officer to join our Let Estate Management team at Grasmere on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential technical support for a diverse range of estates, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties across Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Estate Managers in maintaining effective systems and processes for estate management
  • Conduct data analysis to ensure the smooth and efficient management of estates
  • Provide customer service to tenants, colleagues, and contractors
  • Manage key performance indicators, compliance tasks, and property management
  • Assist with residential re-lets, marketing, inspections, credit checks, and low complexity rent reviews
  • Work closely with Building Supervisors and Building Surveyors to process property repairs and manage documentation

Requirements

  • Strong data management and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain data, systems, and processes for effective estate management
  • Team player with a focus on best practices and idea-sharing
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Understanding of residential lettings, property management, and refurbishment, with knowledge of rural and building surveying
