- Liaise with Keats House Landlords and their team to maintain the unit.

Person Specification- Registered Nurse with NMC.
- Leadership course or management experience at B6 level.
- Ophthalmology Knowledge and Experience.
- Managing Clinical audit, clinical governance, Infection Prevention and Control, and research for units/wards.
- Experience/knowledge of running nurse-led Pre-assessment clinics in NHS.
- Management of patients in outpatient settings.
- Experience of dealing with incidents, serious incidents, harm reviews, and writing Rapid review reports and closing incidents and managing risk register.
- Workforce planning and experience in recruitment and Attendance management.
