Job Summary:

A leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled maintenance engineer to join their team. As a multiskilled maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical repair of production machinery, as well as planned preventative maintenance and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and mechanical repair of production machinery
  • Planned preventative maintenance - inspections and repairs, including specification of replacement components and inventory management
  • Carry out maintenance activities within the confines of safe working practices

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a maintenance engineer
  • Apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 - Plant maintenance/electrical/multiskilled discipline
  • Proven troubleshooting abilities in maintaining automated production machinery
  • Experience working within an FMCG environment
  • Experience working with extrusion machinery
