Job Title: Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Bridgend and surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to support our clients in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and home help
  • Support clients with various needs, including mobility and cognitive impairments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

No experience necessary - full training will be provided

Good communication and listening skills

Reliable transportation and a full UK driving license (or willingness to cycle)
