About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to join our team as an Early Years Trainer or Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a caseload of 45 learners across the Essex region, face-to-face and remotely.
  • Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications.
  • Create tailored solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
  • Utilise our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

Requirements
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent.
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
What's Next?

Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely. You can expect a two-stage interview process, which will comprise a 30-minute phone call with the Line Manager to discuss the position, and a one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams, where we will ask you to prepare and deliver a short microteach, shortly followed by competency and behavioural questions.
