Job Title: Security and Resilience Specialist

At Lorien, we are seeking a highly skilled Security and Resilience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting cyber awareness and delivering training to technical and non-technical stakeholders on the importance of cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to and communicate PCRM policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure security principles are understood and applied across the business.
  • Lead the implementation and compliance of guidelines and standards by providing advice and expert guidance, as well as intervention programs to identify and communicate security risks.
  • Develop and deliver creative ideas to deliver engaging events and programs that promote a culture of security awareness.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the effective implementation of security measures and protocols.
  • Provide expert guidance on security best practices and ensure that security principles are integrated into all aspects of the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a financial institution or similar environment, with a strong understanding of safety culture.
  • Proven experience in planning and supporting PCRM capacity, with a focus on cultural change.
  • Technical expertise in tools and techniques related to culture and delivery across the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach board members and NEDs.
  • Experience in providing cultural change in organizations, with a demonstrated track record of success.
