Senior Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Carousel Consultancy. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and managing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage the entire marketing mix, including paid media, PR, CRM, social media, and creative campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic growth plans and deliver targeted campaigns
  • Plan, set up, and attend conferences and exhibitions to represent the brand
  • Provide insights to understand local audiences, trends, and growth opportunities
  • Deliver insights to Product Development and Operations to guide products to commercial success
  • Monitor and report on campaign success and ROI
  • Work closely with third-party suppliers and consultants, including branding and design agencies
  • Line manage and mentor a Marketing Executive
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable success in similar 360 B2B and B2C marketing roles, ideally within the security or technology sectors
  • Proven track record in creating, developing, and executing successful marketing campaigns across all mediums
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC
  • Proficiency in using various marketing software and tools, such as Salesforce, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels
  • Ability to PR the company both in person to prospective clients and through relevant marketing collateral
  • Creative, innovative, driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly organized nature with a completer/finisher mentality
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
  • Ability to attend exhibitions and conferences to support the sales team
  • Hands-on approach, with the ability to mentor and support junior team members
