We are currently seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to enhance our operations and contribute to our growth. This is a remarkable permanent position for the right individual to address the procurement needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement purchasing activities within designated units, focusing on specific materials, services, or investments.
  • Ensure compliance with established procurement protocols and contractual agreements.

Contract Management:
  • Negotiate procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to quality, quantity, and other specified conditions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any delivery discrepancies, working closely with various departments.
  • Recommend strategies and action plans to enhance supplier quality when necessary.
  • May involve leading a team within Order Management or Procurement Support functions.

Qualifications:
Experience in a procurement role within an industrial manufacturing and supply context is essential.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility in working hours and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Strong logical reasoning, root cause analysis, deductive problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
