We are proud to be supporting our client, European Skybus, in their search for a Compliance Monitoring Manager.
European Skybus is the Engineering Part 145 organisation of European Aviation Group, providing executive and passenger aircraft and engines, as well as EASA Part 145 engineering support, aircraft spares, interiors, and seats.
This permanent position offers a competitive salary and great benefits, including 21 days annual leave, potential for career progression, group life insurance, and pension.
The Compliance Monitoring Manager will report directly to the Accountable Manager and work as part of the Compliance Team, ensuring continuous compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures across all company approvals and approved/new provider locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures
- Work with the Compliance Team to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements:
- Right to work and live in the UK
- Formal training in Quality systems and compliance monitoring
- Up to 10 years aircraft maintenance or airworthiness experience
- Part 145/ Part CAMO experience
