Job Role

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living
  • Enable our customers to express their rights, choices, and aspirations
  • Maintain the highest standard of care in accordance with our policies, procedures, and CQC Fundamental Standards
The Service

The service is a three-bedroom house situated in a residential area. The home has a 'chill out zone' where residents can engage in leisure activities, and a large garden for outdoor activities. Our staff are based in the home and provide 24-hour support to our customers.
