Main Job Responsibilities

The South West Neonatal Network is seeking a skilled Project Support Officer to join their innovative regional team. The Network aims to improve family experiences, clinical outcomes, and quality standards within neonatal care, promoting continuity and consistency across the region.

The successful candidate will provide a range of services to support, monitor, and report on project and programme activities. This will include building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues and wider network stakeholders to ensure strong communication and mutual understanding.

The post holder will also be responsible for supporting the development of a regional neonatal nursing Qualified In Specialty programme that meets new national standards, as well as the varying needs of neonatal services in the region. Knowledge of neonatal education and online education platforms is desirable.
