Cloud Platform Architect Role at MAG

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Platform Architect to help design, implement, and manage our hybrid cloud platforms. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing secure and high-performance solutions for our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT Architecture, Infrastructure Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop high-level technical designs and translate business requirements into technology architectures that meet our enterprise architecture vision.
  • Promote Technology Architecture, Strategy, and governance to ensure solutions meet business needs and strategic architecture direction.
  • Participate in enterprise architecture definition and infrastructure technical standards to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Provide architecture leadership to projects and programmes, staying updated on emerging technology developments.
  • Participate in supplier selection process to ensure alignment with our technology strategy.

Requirements

  • VMware Certified Advanced Professional or equivalent certification.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical design and implementation.
  • Expertise in software defined infrastructure, networks, or cloud technologies.
  • Additional expertise in key areas such as private and public software defined infrastructure, enterprise networking, and more.
