MET Technician

We are seeking a skilled and efficient MET Technician to join our team at Tru Talent. As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art body shop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
• Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle damage
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

• Recognized apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter/MET Technician
• Technical qualification (such as NVQ/ATA/IMI/SVQ)
• Previous experience working as a MET Technician/MET Strip Fitter in a busy body shop
• Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours
• Experience with Geometry work and 4-wheel Alignment
