Position Overview

Our client is a prominent provider of environmental services in the South East, specializing in liquid waste management, equipment rentals, treatment systems, and pump sales.

They are in search of a skilled technical expert in the wastewater sector who possesses a strong ability to merge technical expertise with sales acumen, delivering guidance and support on a variety of wastewater products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales Administrators to offer technical assistance while preparing quotes and addressing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical presentations to clarify product or service offerings to clients, either in-person or virtually.
  • Engage with clients and engineers to evaluate equipment requirements and confirm that products align with system specifications.
  • Work alongside the sales team to grasp customer needs and provide essential support.
  • Advise on product innovation and suggest enhancements to existing products for clients.
  • Assist clients in resolving product-related issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales Team in negotiating contract terms to secure orders while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.

Position Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the technical features of the products offered.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical details effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the wastewater solutions market.
  • Capability to identify customer requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is typically required.

Position Remuneration:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.
