Stairlift Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stairlift Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. As a Stairlift Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repair, and call-out visits on various types of Stairlifts within domestic dwellings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance, repair, and call-out visits on Stairlifts
  • Ensure high-quality service and safety standards
  • Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards
  • Participate in our on-call rota, receiving additional standby allowance and call-out payment
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer, Domestic Engineer, or Service Engineer within the lift industry
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
