Senior Property Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

Brandon James, a prestigious law firm in Hertfordshire, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join their award-winning property litigation department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios, handling a diverse and high-volume caseload, and engaging in County Court and High Court Litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of litigation matters independently
  • Handle cases from instruction to conclusion of the litigation process
  • Deal with professional negligence claims against solicitors, valuers, or title insurers, as well as indemnity claims against the Land Registry
  • Have extensive experience in mortgage possession work
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years PQE with substantial experience in property litigation
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
