About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Team in one of our children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Plan team rotas and support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements
  • You must be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is preferred, although not essential
