Key Responsibilities- Accompany experienced mentors in conducting property inspections, surveys, and valuations to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills.
- Learn to interpret survey data, analyze property information, and compile accurate reports to support our clients' needs.
- Participate in site visits, measurements, and data collection for various projects, including mortgage valuations and surveys, to develop your expertise.
- Develop proficiency in using surveying equipment and software to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, and stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- An RICS-accredited degree with one year or more of property-related work experience.
- An RICS-accredited HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with 2 or more years' property-related experience.
- Four years of relevant experience (no qualifications required), i.e., negotiator-level Estate Agency or equivalent.
