Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions and ensuring that client objectives are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.

Scope:

Senior Project Managers handle commissions of varying scale and value, up to £40m in value. You will be responsible for advising at a strategic level, leading the establishment of success criteria, and planning for quality, safety, health, and environment issues.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
