Optometrist Job Opportunity

Zest Business Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team in Midhurst, West Sussex.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent Opticians, delivering exceptional patient care and experience in a well-established and reputable practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced independent optometric services to patients
  • Work alongside other Optometrists in a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and experience throughout the full process
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the business and team
  • No sales pressure, focusing on developing relationships with patients

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
  • A focus on patient experience and high-quality care
  • Excellent communication skills in a variety of situations

What We Offer:

  • Base salary between £55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience
  • Parking available close to the practice
  • Flexible working hours, including 3, 4, or 5 days a week with alternative Saturdays
