About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Admissions Officer to provide exceptional service to students and support the recruitment of students to our College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and personalized support to students, answering queries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote the College and its programs, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all students.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including the creation of marketing materials and the coordination of events.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process, providing guidance and support to students throughout their journey.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with College policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing excellent service and support.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
