Private Client Partner - Legal Director
Oculus Legal Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Partner to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for leading a team of solicitors and providing expert advice to high net worth clients on a range of matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of solicitors and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent service to clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the firm.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their complex legal needs.
- Practice Development: Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the firm to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of PQE experience in Private Client law.
- Proven track record of success in business development and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £75,000 - £135,000 per annum, depending on experience.
