We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist/Research Nurse to join our Urology Department at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care and management to patients with penile cancer, as well as supporting the benign andrology prosthetic service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing holistic care and health promotion for patients with penile cancer
- Performing electronic holistic needs assessments throughout the patient's journey
- Providing care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Supporting the benign andrology prosthetic service
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urology and/or oncology, with at least 2 years of relevant experience at band 6 or above. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, hardworking, flexible, and self-motivated.
