Lead QA Test Automation Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead QA Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our Agile tribe, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites, providing technical leadership, and mentoring junior QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test suites using Selenium and C#
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior QA engineers
  • Mentor and train team members on test automation best practices
  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test strategy

Requirements:

  • Strong QA testing experience on complex backend systems
  • Experience with Selenium test automation
  • Technical leadership experience in test automation
  • Good understanding of C# and OO programming languages
  • Experience working in an Agile team environment
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
