Position: Trust Services Administrator
AP Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Trust Services Administrator. In this role, you will be part of a prominent provider of fiduciary services catering to a diverse clientele, including private individuals, corporations, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of a diverse portfolio of trust structures, ensuring efficient management and compliance.
- Engage with clients and intermediaries regularly, addressing all administration and client service inquiries.
- Participate in client meetings with managerial support, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Manage daily client affairs, maintaining accurate trust and company records.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Secretarial Team to uphold statutory records and prepare necessary regulatory submissions.
- Gather and verify all KYC and due diligence documentation from clients.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Category C qualification as defined by the relevant regulatory authority and be actively pursuing a Diploma or Professional qualification in a trust or finance-related field.
