Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including work breakdown structures, activity planning, resource allocation, and schedule tracking.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Process Design and Development
    • Design and develop processes for new product introduction (NPI) and existing process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Protocol Execution and Implementation
    • Execute and implement IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
    • Develop and execute test method validations.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • QMS/Project Management/Lean Six Sigma methodology.
    • Manufacturing processes relevant to medical devices.
    • Documentation and reporting.
    • MS Office/MS Project Plan/Any other planning and tracking tool.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with good team spirit.
    • Problem-solving abilities, data analysis, and interpretation.
    • Experience in medical devices manufacturing - preferred.
