About the Role
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in the automotive industry to manage and inspire a team of circa 50 sales executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, inducting, and bringing the team up to speed in a state-of-the-art working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the team delivers an incredible customer experience
- Resource the sales team effectively, ensuring compliance with customer experience obligations
- Encourage innovation and new ideas within the team
- Manage day-to-day sales activities to maximize revenue
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and a customer-centric attitude
Working Pattern
The successful candidate will work a mix of weekends and weekdays, with a rota-dependent schedule of 4-5 days per week.
