We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Simple Stores Team, driving innovation and cost efficiencies in Food Retail. As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities for process improvements and digital solutions to enhance the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to simplify processes and drive innovation in Food Retail.
  • Manage a team to handle customer and member complaints, providing insights to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Proven experience in finding efficiencies and delivering savings, with a track record of delivering projects.
