We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in dealing with a significant caseload of private client matters, including powers of attorney, court of protection, probate, wills, and trusts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of private client law and be able to provide a personal service to our clients, providing suitable solutions to their legal matters. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with a significant caseload of private client matters, including powers of attorney, court of protection, probate, wills, and trusts.
  • Providing a personal service to clients, providing suitable solutions to their legal matters.
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and having excellent communication skills.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in private client law.
  • Strong knowledge of private client law and its application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
