Job Summary

As a Graduate Field Engineer at SLB, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth by developing skills in product knowledge, leadership, customer interaction, and delivering all aspects of the Engineering scope of supply accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute service delivery to customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs to enhance process efficiency and quality.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and well site inspections.
  • Contribute to HSE and Quality initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Hold a BS or MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a closely related field, with a minimum 2:2 standard or above.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment on high-value, technically complex products/projects.
