Financial Reporting Role

Grafton Banks Finance is seeking a skilled accountant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial reports, working closely with the Financial Controller and department heads.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze cost of sales, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition.
  • Perform profitability and margin analysis across all revenue streams, providing detailed commentary against budget/forecast.
  • Contribute to the production of quarterly Board packs by providing KPI and revenue analysis.
  • Conduct monthly financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide weekly KPI analysis and dashboard metrics to senior management, including MRR growth and churn.
Requirements:
  • A fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience of income and margin analysis with multiple revenue streams
  • Ability to slice and dice data into value-added KPIs and confidently provide narrative to support the data outcomes
  • Desirable: experience working within a global organisation or group structure
