Civil Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our civil/commercial litigation team, you will play a crucial role in handling various civil litigation cases.

About the Role

As a Civil Litigator, you will be responsible for representing clients, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, and providing expert legal advice throughout the litigation process. You will take over an existing caseload (limited to your areas of expertise) and be responsible for managing your own case load and working within a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings
  • Attend court hearings and provide expert legal advice
  • Manage your own caseload and work within a team
Requirements

We are seeking someone who can hit the ground running and preferably has experience in the following areas:

  • Company and shareholder disputes
  • Consumer disputes
  • Inheritance and probate disputes
  • Partnership disputes
  • Intellectual Property Disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • General civil disputes
