About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Sport team at Press Box PR, a fast-growing PR agency based in central London. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing PR strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to meet client objectives
  • Drive business growth through the development of new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the creative and media relations teams to deliver integrated PR campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Senior Account Manager role, preferably in the sports industry
  • Strong understanding of digital PR, SEO, and content marketing
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong accountability and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including remote and in-person settings
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Experience generating and converting leads
  • Self-starter with ability to independently work on multiple projects and priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of a wide range of sports
  • Experience working with budgets
  • Experience participating in pitch processes
  • Experience onboarding new clients
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working for a digital PR agency/on sports-based link-building campaigns
  • Experience working in the sports industry
  • Experience working in the betting and gaming industry, especially in a PR or marketing communications agency role
  • Experience working in digital PR/SEO including entry-level knowledge of SEO and SEO reporting/performance

  • Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE
