Position Overview:
Adecco is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our esteemed client in Ayrshire. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to work a day shift with a four-day work week, specifically from Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to assist production teams by executing planned, corrective, and reactive electrical maintenance tasks. The role includes:
  • Conducting electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance, and Reactive Maintenance on production machinery and mechanical systems.
  • Performing fault diagnosis and root cause analysis to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Utilizing the site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all maintenance activities.
  • Diagnosing faults in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Applying a solid understanding of maintenance practices, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and condition monitoring.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Building and nurturing effective relationships to enhance performance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of HNC or equivalent in electrical engineering, along with a recognized electrical apprenticeship.
  • Proven experience in an electrical maintenance capacity.
  • A personal commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
