About the Role

The Sales Desk Executive position at WCS Group is an exciting opportunity to join our established and friendly team. As a Sales Desk Representative, you will provide crucial support to our field sales managers based out of our office.

Your main responsibilities will include producing one-off quotes & renewals on our company quoting tool, and assisting field sales staff with contract renewals. You will also follow up on unconverted sales desk one-off quotes & renewals on behalf of field sales and manage and nurture allocated 'House Accounts' to ensure client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

Successful candidates will be friendly, hardworking, and eager to learn. You will enjoy the challenge of meeting targets and will receive excellent support and training. This role offers the opportunity to develop yourself and forge a fulfilling career within our market-leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create 'low complexity Quote' on behalf of Field Sales Staff
  • Assist Field Sales Staff in contract renewals
  • Systemically follow up unconverted sales desk quotes on behalf of Field Sales
  • Manage and nurture allocated 'House Accounts' to ensure client satisfaction and upsell where possible
  • Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values: Respect, Accountability, Reliability & Integrity.
Performance Metrics
  • The number of Quotes produced per quarter
  • The proportion Quotes that converted to sale
  • The incremental revenue performance of low-risk, low-value 'House Accounts' for which the Sales Desk Representative is accountable
  • The average turnaround time of low-complexity Quotes issued in each quarter in line with our KPIs;
  • Customer satisfaction/teamwork
