Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned analytics leader to join our team as a Data Insights Strategist. As a key member of our centralised insights team, you will be responsible for setting the policy, framework, and approach on data analysis and delivering high-value analytics that drive maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies that meet business needs and drive profitable business growth
- Lead a team of analysts across 5 specialisms, including viewing, subscription, MarTech, social, and campaign evaluation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop analytics solutions that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite and senior leaders
Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience of analytics leadership, including multiple mixed data sets
- Strong business understanding, including the role of analytics in driving leader decisions and key levers impacting leader decisions
- Excellent understanding of analytics methodologies, modeling, and data query languages, including SQL, Python, and access analytics tools
- Knowledge of the analytics market and ability to scan the industry for new and innovative analytic tools and techniques
- Good influencing skills of peers and senior leaders, with good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex and detailed recommendations clearly and succinctly to C-Suite and senior leaders
