Agricultural Skills Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Instructor to join our team at Sparsholt, delivering practical agricultural skills to learners. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of farm machinery, estate skills, and livestock management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver instructor-led training in agricultural skills, including tractor driving, fencing, and machinery maintenance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for learners, depending on their skills and experience.
- Assist with the delivery of short courses and certificates of competence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive practical experience in the agricultural industry.
- A keen interest in supporting and developing young people.
- Ability to undertake an in-house development program if a recognized teaching qualification is not already held.
