About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Theatre Coordinator to join our dynamic obstetric/general theatre team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of theatre operations, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Work closely with the theatre team to provide high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience working in an acute or community setting, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to work within the boundaries of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
