About the Role

We're seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our team at SSP Group. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer complaints
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth

Security Clearance
