  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions to enhance client experience, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Prime Services business and technology/project teams to design and launch new product offerings, meeting evolving client needs.
  • Perform relationship management functions, including regular client reviews, to ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough portfolio analysis to calculate margin and fee requirements, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Communicate the impact of financial market regulations to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Provide day-to-day support for clients' trading activities, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
  • Work with regional and global teams to establish a follow-the-sun support model, ensuring 24/7 coverage and responsiveness.
  • Support, manage, and execute regional/global initiatives, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Facilitate communication with Counterparties, IT Support, Credit, Operations, Front Office, Legal, and Product Controllers, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Adhere to key processes and control requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Contribute to Business Continuity Planning and support, ensuring the continuity of critical business functions.
