CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking an experienced Damp Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our property inspection team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property surveys to diagnose and remediate dampness and condensation issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive property surveys to identify and diagnose dampness and condensation issues
  • Develop and implement remedial action plans to address identified issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to tenants and property owners on dampness and condensation prevention and mitigation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to property inspection and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Damp Surveyor or related field
  • Strong knowledge of building structures and their contribution to dampness and condensation issues
  • Ability to diagnose and remediate dampness and condensation issues using a range of equipment and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
